Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier, where permitted by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

  • Reproduce

such content in any media now known or later developed for commercial, advertising, promotional, editorial, or other lawful business purposes.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.

User-Generated Content

If you submit, upload, post, tag, share, send, or otherwise provide any content to Combat Daddy Supply Company, including but not limited to reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, social media posts, comments, contest entries, product feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other materials ("User Content"), you grant Combat Daddy Supply Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, edit, publish, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit such User Content in any format, media, platform, or channel now known or later developed.

This license includes the right to use User Content for advertising, marketing, promotional campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, print materials, packaging, public relations, investor presentations, retail displays, and other commercial or business purposes.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to grant the foregoing license and that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party.

Unless otherwise prohibited by law, you acknowledge that Combat Daddy Supply Company is not obligated to provide compensation, attribution, approval rights, or notice regarding the use of User Content.

Prohibited Conduct

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMBAT DADDY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
